Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Remaining prior Ubuntu changes were incorporated.

proftpd-dfsg (1.3.0-22) unstable; urgency=high

  * Added update-inetd dependency.
  * Security: added a auth_cache patch to manage stacked auth scheme which can manage to
    introduce unexpected behaviors in some corner cases.

  * Added a auth_loop patch to avoid endless loop in auth modules.
