Please sync libcwd (multiverse) from Debian unstable (non-free).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The Ubuntu change was just a rebuild.

Changelog since current gutsy version 0.99.44-0.1ubuntu1:

libcwd (0.99.44-0.2) unstable; urgency=high

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * High-urgency upload for RC bugfix.
  * Drop dangling reference to /usr/share/debconf/module in
    libcwd-dev.postinst, nothing in this package uses debconf.  Closes: #417327.
