Hi,
please sync docbook-xml 4.5-3 from debian/unstable (main).

This version fixes some bashism and contains a better fix for them as
the current Ubuntu version, thus the Ubuntu changes can be dropped.

docbook-xml  (4.5-3) unstable; urgency=medium

   * debian/control (Maintainer, Uploaders): Set the Debian XML/SGML team as
     maintainer, so bug-reports go to the team list first.
   * debian/rules: Removed bashisms (closes: #421897). Thanks to Sebastian
     Dröge for the report.
