Please sync gnunet (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Ubuntu changes:
 - Use ${shlibs:Depends} and ${misc:Depends} instead of hardcoded Depends, Don't Suggest libncurses5 and libgtk2.0-0
 --> Debian now uses proper Depends
 - debian/rules: use --enable-ipv6
 --> included in Debian

Changelog since current gutsy version 0.7.0e-5ubuntu1:

gnunet (0.7.1c-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * Rebuild against new curl (Closes: #423573).
  * Added Dutch debconf translation from Bart Cornelis <cobaco at skolelinux.no>

gnunet (0.7.1c-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release (Closes: #420538).
  * Package splitted into common, tools, daemon, client and dev (Closes: #394740).
  * Added LSB section in init script.
  * Enable IPv6 (Closes: #405763).
