Please sync libavg (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Python2.5 transition, which debian has now done

Changelog since current gutsy version 0.6.0-3ubuntu1:

libavg (0.6.0-4) unstable; urgency=low

  * Switch to new boost packages and python 2.5.
  * Switch to debhelper 5.
