Please sync vice 1.19-1  (multiverse) from Debian unstable (contrib ).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The Ubuntu gutsy pcakage had a small change made to ensure that the usr/share/info/dir.gz and dir.old.gz files weren't included in the package, due to a problem with the build tools. With the tools in Hardy, the latest Debian revision no longer needs this change.

Changelog since current hardy version 1.20-2.1ubuntu1:

vice (1.22-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream version (closes: #428280).
  * Correct link to HTML documentation in manpage (closes: #409567).
  * Fix most packaging mistakes.
