[Bug 160830] Please sync Postfix from Debian Unstable (Main)

Binary package hint: postfix

Ubuntu diff was introduced to bump from DB 4.3 to 4.5 while Debian
jumped to 4.6.  Now that Gutsy is released this is no longer necessary.
Test builds just fine in Hardy pbuilder.

    - TLS client cert with unparsable canonical name -> assert
