Please sync gscan2pdf 0.9.17-1  (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The ubuntu changes were:
 New Upstream Version
 Add Homepage/field / debian/watch files
The new upstream version is now in debian, and the two other changes are minor and can be droppped
