Please sync gnunet-qt 0.7.2+debian-3  (universe) from Debian unstable
(main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The only ubuntu change was: 'Add a gnunet-tools' dependency
This is now fixed in debian

Changelog since current hardy version 0.7.2+debian-4ubuntu1:

gnunet-qt (0.7.2+debian-5) unstable; urgency=low

  * Versioned build-depends against libextractor.
  * Added depends against gnunet-tools.
