[Bug 172707] please move back to universe

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

Binary package hint: singularity

Now that the main singularity package meets the DFSG, it can be moved to
'universe' from 'multiverse.'  (Debian has moved it from 'non-free' to
'main' for the same reasons.)

If for some reason the current 0.26a release does /not/ meet the Ubuntu
guidelines, please let me know; I'm one of the E:S developers and will
do whatever you need to get it to be a valid 'universe' package.
