Please sync mail-spf-perl (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Package now exists in Debian and the differences in the Ubuntu package are trivial and not worth maintaining.

Changelog since current hardy version 2.005-0ubuntu1:

mail-spf-perl (2.005-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Initial Debian release (closes: #444442).
  * Added watch file.
