Ok,

I will triage the backport for the purpose of having a fresh version of
Tor in stable releases (I understand previous versions are being
blacklisted already).

The security vulnerability, however, I have nominated for fixing in
Ubuntu stable releases; I don't want to use Backports as an excuse for
not doing a proper security update.
