Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

Debian has added limits.h in 
src/testsuite/{switchtest/switchtest,irqbench/irqloop}.c to fix FTBFS 
and fixed problems in /debian/rules. So ubuntu changes can be dropped.

xenomai (2.4.4-3) unstable; urgency=low

  * debian/rules: Fixed concurrent ./configure + make runs, thanks to Albin
    Tonnerre (Closes: #486461)
