Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Other recent asterisk-prompt-* packages install their digit files into /usr/share/asterisk/sounds/digits/lang/*, as this package now does - I believe this package now puts all files in their correct location and therefore the delta (symlinking some digits/ files) can be dropped.
