This sync makes tailor working again with python2.4.


 tailor  (0.9.35-2) unstable; urgency=low

   * backport cs1629 so that bzr can compile with python2.4.
   * re-add python2.4 and hopefully stop triggering python-support bug 485740
     (Closes: #489510)
   * Bump standard-version (no change needed)
