Hi,

hardy has ejabberd 1.1.4, while intrepid has 2.0.0

The latest upstream is 2.0.1 with bugfixes (Be careful: there was a
version of 2.0.1 which was incomplete, I believe the second release was
2.0.1_2 or something like that).


I currently have some problems with 1.1.4 in conjunction with jwchat, and it does not make sense to debug old versions.
