Intrepid has vala version 0.3.2, while Hardy has 0.1.6. The difference
in features is quite large and useful for anyone wanting to use the Vala
language.

The only reverse dependency outside of Vala itself is libmokoui2-vala,
but it only depends on the valac compiler, and doesn't specify a
specific version.

0.3.2 builds cleanly in Hardy prevu.
