Reason: 0.2.6 features a "refresh" flag, where apturl will refresh the
packages list before checking a package. This is needed in a case where
the user has a repository added, and there is a web page with available
programs that uses apt: links. Without this option, if a software was
added to repo but user's apt-cache wasn't yet refreshed, apturl will
fail to find it. With this option, apturl can be told with a ?refresh=1
flag to refresh before checking, and apt-cache will find the available
software.
