Please sync mpich 1.2.7-5 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The only ubuntu change is 'Fix bashisms', and this is fixed in debian

Changelog since current hardy version 1.2.7-4ubuntu1:

mpich (1.2.7-5) unstable; urgency=low

  * debian/rules: Fix bashisms (thanks to Luke Yelavich <themuso at ubuntu.com>)
