rejecting sugar packages

Hi,

The version numbers of these packages change so fast upstream that it would
have been
no gain  at this point to add those since Debian is not yet working on these
(I was planning on notifying
them to pick our packages as soon as they're in the archive)

Please could you reconsider the rejection, and if you think it is important
to have ubuntuX versions I'll
add them ASAP in subsequent uploads which will no doubt happen soon as I
keep the pace with upstream.
