Binary package hint: bmp-alarm

Please remove bmp-alarm (universe) from the archive.

Rationale:
beep-media-player, which bmp-alarm depends on, has been removed from the archive.
bmp-alarm is therefore no longer useful.
Moreover, it has a replacement for Audacious: audacious-plugins-extra contains an alarm plugin.
