[Bug 182491] [SRC REMOVAL] libming

Dear Colleagues,

someone didn't check on this when working on https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/bugs/64535, but libming and ming pushing the same binaries into the archives.
This is a problem, as libming should be SRC removed completly..

Please do this, libming is being replaced by ming source.
