Please sync postman (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The Ubntu changes is drop part of 07_c-client_char_args.dpatch so the package doesn't FTBFS. This change is no longer necessary. This new version is needed to build against the new libldap.

Changelog since current hardy version 2.1-2ubuntu1:

postman (2.1-4) unstable; urgency=low

  * QA upload.
  * debian/patches/11_ldap_deprecated.dpatch: new patch to get postman
    building with the latest openldap.
