Please sync pvm 3.4.5-10 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Current Debian version fixes bashism.

Changelog since current hardy version 3.4.5-9ubuntu1:

pvm (3.4.5-10) unstable; urgency=low

  * Resync with Ubuntu.
    * debian/getpvmarch: Allow i686 as a valid architecture meaning the same
      as i386.
  * Acknowledge NMU.
