Rejecting usb-imagewriter

Hi Oli,

I have to reject usb-imagewriter because the orig.tar.gz does not ship
a verbatim copy of the GPL ("COPYING", "LICENSE", etc.)

While you are at it, please also fix:

pitti| ogra: usb-imagewriter> why not add an option for an alternative
       output file? -o /tmp/test.img
pitti| ogra: hardcoding that upstream isn't nice either
pitti| ogra: also, please don't use shell=True, just split the args into
components (trivial here); better for weird file names

And maybe consider using a -0ubuntu1 version number, just in cas
Debian gets the package as well, and it gets inadvertently autosynced.

Thanks,

Martin
