Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

The delta was fixing a segfault and removing debian/docs as the information installed was useless. I talked to the 
Debian maintainer he has implemented our patches in the Debian package.

itop (0.1-4) unstable; urgency=low

  * Removed debian/docs, hello Ubuntu! (Closes: #489956)
