[Bug 202545] [NEW] Remove source package "mozilla-firefox-adblock" from Hardy and add it to the sync blacklist

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mozilla-firefox-adblock

Adblock has no active upstream, is full of bugs (some of which are
security issues) and has been deprecated by Adblock Plus, see bug
#136619 for more details. So, please remove *source* package "mozilla-
firefox-adblock" from Hardy (not the binary, which is already a
transitional package build from the ablock-plus source package) and add
it to the sync blacklist.

This transition has been already discussed with some members of Ubuntu's
Mozilla Team and they agreed that it is necessary.
