Please sync hardening-wrapper 1.8 (universe) from Debian unstable
(main).

Nothing in ubuntu currently build-depends on hardening-wrapper.  Getting this
update will allow for easier per-arch modifications during Intrepid if/when
hardening-wrapper is used in buildd chroots.  Note that this update will 
cause binary-news, as h-w switches from "all" to "any" arch.

  * debian/rules: disable stack protector on ia64 and alpha.
