[Bug 299210] [NEW] Please sync swdec0.8 0.8.2-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

The ubuntu swfdec0.8 package has been created during the beta to have
the last revision (because of GNOME dependency), and had a FF.

It has been taken from the 0.8 version which was waiting in debian NEW
from a very long time ago. So, there was no real ubuntu delta.

 swfdec0.8  (0.8.2-1) unstable; urgency=low

   * New upstream version.
