rejecting codelite

I'm rejecting codelite, it appears to contain several binaries without
corresponding source code.  E.g. ./sdk/curl/lib/libcurl-4.dll,
./sdk/wxsqlite3/sqlite3/lib/sqlite3.dll, ./sdk/astyle/bin/AStyle.exe
etc

There are all Windows binaries so should be easy enough to strip out
for our build.
