Rejecting zeitgeist

Hi,

The files in ./zeitgeist/loggers/datasources/ are declared
GPL3+, but that isn't covered in debian/copyright.

In addition, ./zeitgeist/loggers/iso_strptime.py, in addition
to being a different copyright holder is only LGPL3, without +,
and that should be explicit in debian/copyright.

(You should be careful with this mix of licenses, as you may
find it makes the result be GPL, which I imagine may make it
difficult to get the uptake of the project that you would like.)
