Rejection of pywbem

Hi,

I'm rejecting pywbem.

debian/copyright states that yacc.py is under LGPL2+, but the header
doesn't have the "or later".

Also, the license statements are strange.

    # This program is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify
    # it under the terms of the GNU Lesser General Public License as
    # published by the Free Software Foundation; either version 2 of the
    # License.

"either" with no "or" is odd, but I'm not sure it is reason for keeping
the package out.
