Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Ubuntu delta was only a no-change rebuild (should have been versioned
1build1 not 1ubuntu1)

gluezilla (2.4-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release.
  * debian/rules:
    + Implement get-orig-source
  * debian/patches/02_missing-license-files.dpatch:
    + Removed - no longer needed
  * debian/control:
    + Bump standards to 3.8.1 (no changes needed)
