This bug is not fixed! The gpsim GUI will not run as GTK+extra is
deprecated. This is a live project currently at GTK+extra-2.1.2 release
and is necessary for gpsim. I am very surprised that this package was
abandoned when it is live, being developed, used by other Linux flavours
and re-instated by Gentoo after they mistakenly deprecated it. gpsim is
a critical package for me and I have had to revert to windows again to
have it available.
