Yes, I've seen it and I've also checked the current Ubuntu delta.

pysvn 1.7.2-2 build depends on libsvncpp-dev (source package: rapidsvn).
The Ubuntu delta replace libsvncpp-dev (which is universe) with libsvn-
dev (which is in main). As pysvn is in main we need to keep this Ubuntu
delta (unless there are plans to move rapidsvn to main).
