Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The Ubuntu delta is a no-change rebuild with PHP 5.3.

The sync fixes a FTBFS with PHP 5.3 caused by a duplicate 'static'.

  * Non-maintainer upload.
