[Bug 673295] [NEW] Please sync xserver-xorg-input-kbd 1:1.4.0-2 from Debian unstable

Please sync xserver-xorg-input-kbd 1:1.4.0-2 from Debian unstable and
remove it from the sync blacklist.

I'm unsure why it was blacklisted in the first place, but it went
unnoticed as it's the wrong driver for almost every keyboard on Linux.
However, Ogra's AC100 uses a crazy non-evdev keyboard which requires
this driver, so we might as well have it in the archive.
