[Bug 749470] [NEW] Please remove libccc from natty

Please remove the libccc source and binary packages from the archive.
Reasons for doing so:

There has been no active development and no maintenance for more than 3
years now (See https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=528832#c1).

There is no other package depending on any of the binary packages from
libccc.

The package is currently unbuildable in natty, see
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/749065.
