Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:

The current totem-plugin-arte package in oneiric is not installable (not
compatible with Gnome 3).
This new upstream version fix this and other things.

In fact this new package is ready since more than 2 months, but it was stuck
by bugs in the Totem packaging.

Also, please note that this sync would fix Bug #814334

    - Port to Totem 3.0 (GtK+ 3.0 and Libpeas)
