launchpad hash database, missing hashes in the Ubuntu archive

Hi all,
I've been working on the Debian derivatives census[1], currently
focussing on integration of package metadata into Debian infrastructure.
One of the aspects of this I'm working on is finding out if source
packages from Debian derivatives are modified or not. The way I have
been doing this has been to access the database of hashes for the Debian
wayback machine[2] and check if the SHA-1 hashes are present. I was
wondering if there is any public way to access the Launchpad database of
all the hashes ever uploaded to Ubuntu? Folks on #debian-ubuntu led me
to believe that you might have such a database.
Has Joerge Castro forwarded [2] to you? The Ubuntu archive is missing[3]
SHA-1 and SHA-256 hashes for many source packages. It would be nice if
you could fix this.
