  * New upstream release.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.1.
  * Remove old fields Conflicts, Provides, and Replaces from
    debian/control.
  * Update suggested package python-pydolfin0 -> python-dolfin.
  * Update Homepage field in debian/control.
