Reject: dmedia

Hi,

I am sorry to report I am rejecting the dmedia upload for the following
reason:

 * the source tarball is 'repacked', but there is no supporting
documentation as to why. This makes it so that the source tarball cannot
be verified against the upstream checksum

Please either use the upstream tarball or indicate why and how the
upstream tarball was repacked.
