[Bug 891484] [NEW] Please remove https-everywhere binaries and source and blacklist

This is due to our policy of not having any arch-all extensions in the
archive that should be on addons.mozilla.org since we have to update
Firefox every 6 weeks and porting extensions is a lot of work.
