REJECT: 389-dsgw

I'm sorry to inform you that this package is being rejecting for the
following:
 * debian/copyright is not specific enough. It says all files are 
   either GPL-2 or MPL-1.1 or LGPL-2.1 but there are files that are
   not licensed under all of these. LICENSE only lists the GPL-2+. 
   Please use the licensecheck command and adjust accordingly.
 * the source package is not lintian clean:
W: 389-dsgw source: package-needs-versioned-debhelper-build-depends 9
W: 389-dsgw source: syntax-error-in-dep5-copyright line 16: Cannot parse line "On Debian machines, the full text of the GNU Lesser General Public License"
 * debian/patches/fix-format-security-errors.diff is not DEP-3 compliant
 * the binaries are not lintian clean:
$ lintian 389-dsgw_1.1.9-0ubuntu1.dsc:
