REJECT: openmpi1.5

I'm sorry to inform you that this package is being rejecting for the
following:
 * debian/copyright is not DEP-5 compliant. While not strictly required
   its use is strongly encouraged 
 * debian/copyright does not enumerate all the licences that are present
   in the source. For example, many files under opal/mca/memory/linux/
   are LGPL 2.1+, opal/util/qsort.c is BSD 4 clause and 
   opal/event/WIN32-Code/tree.h is BSD 2 clause. Please use the 
   licensecheck command and adjust debian/copyright accordingly
 * various patches are commented out of debian/series, but it isn't 
   clear why based on debian/changelog
 * the follwoing patches are not DEP-3 compliant: arm_support,
   configure_arm_fix.patch, ompi_autogen_sh.patch, openmpi-link-fix

After making these changes, please feel free to reupload.
