Uploading qreator to the archive

Hi Archive Admins,

About a couple of months ago the qreator package [1] was uploaded to saucy
(universe) and ended up in the upload queue [2].

I've been contacting some of you since then to see if anyone could help
getting it uploaded, but I realize everyone is busy, which I totally
understand. However, it's been nearly two months and there has been no
change: is there anything I can do myself to get it uploaded?
