[Bug 1220934] Re: Drop libaugeas-ruby, replaced by ruby-augeas

Old source package removed.  I'm not sure we need to promote the new
binaries to main, component-mismatches doesn't seem to think they need
to go.  Were they a dependency in the past of something that was in main
and is no longer?
