[Bug 1388396] [NEW] Delete armory package from ubuntu

I am requesting that both the source and all binary packages of armory
be removed from all Ubuntu releases (which is currently just Vivid). I
would also like a sync blacklist, so that armory is no longer synced
from Debian.

My rationalization is that armory is a Bitcoin wallet and Ubuntu appears
to have stricter criteria for stable release updates than Debian does
for stable updates. I don't feel comfortable with armory in Ubuntu if it
will get out of date in stable releases.

The alternative to removal is to pursue an exception to allow armory to
be updated via stable release updates every time a new upstream version
is released. I don't feel like trying that option at this time.
