The proposal to merge lp:~joetalbott/britney/dynamic_manifest_fetch into lp:britney has been updated.

Description changed to:

Add dynamic manifest fetching.

If the fetch fails and there's an existing manifest it will be used.

Tested with: nosetests -e 'do_test' tests/test_boottest.py
