[Bug 1458316] [NEW] Please migrate pybik 2.0-1 to from wily proposed to release pocket

For Pybik 2.0-1 autopkgtest fails, but
 * Pybik 2.0-1 runs fine under wily, vivid and unstable, so its not a bug in pybik but in the debian packaging
 * the next version of Pybik will have autopkgtest removed (I am the upstream author and maintainer of debian packaging), so i don't think it is worth fixing it.

So please ignore the autopkgtest failure and let Pybik migrate to the
release pocket.
